We believe in supporting our products. You will receive free unlimited technical support for as long as you own our products. No per call charges and no yearly fees are required.

Multiframe, Steel Designer, Section Maker, and HighRoad updates

You will receive free updates to Multiframe, Steel Designer, Section Maker, and HighRoad for one year after your purchase. After this one year period there will be a fee to continue to receive updates but you will continue to receive Technical Support regardless of whether or not you pay the upgrade fee.

Daystar Masonry, FootingMaster, and RetainWall updates

You will receive free error fixes to Daystar Masonry, FootingMaster and RetainWall if required for as long as you own the products. Updates that include new functionality may or may not require a fee depending upon the extent of the new functionality.
